Where will my order be shipped from?
Orders will be shipped from China or US based on the inventory status.
When will my order be shipped?
For in stock knives, your order will be shipped in 2 working days. If there is any exception, we will inform you by email.
For pre-order knives, please kindly check the details on the page and contact us if there is any questions.
What is the delivery time?
If shipped from China the delivery time will be around 15-25 days; if shipped from the US ( US orders only ) the delivery time will be around 5 days.
We will send the tracking number to you once your order is shipped out.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be different according to different countries, the shipping cost will be calculated when check out.

Return policy:
Returns are accepted if you are unsatisfied with the purchase. Please do email us at shipping@qspknife.com for the correct return address before sending back the parcel. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be received in original condition, that's including both the knife and its packages. Any return of used merchandise is NOT ACCEPTABLE. We accept returns within 45 days after the purchase date, any return after 45 days is unfortunately NOT ACCEPTABLE.
To complete your return, we also need the order number. As soon as the return is received and inspected, we will reach out by email to notify the condition of the return we received. If the item is received with free shipping, you will receive a full refund at US$5 per knife less to cover the original shipping costs. Returning an item with a damaged or missing package may lead to additional fees, pls make sure the return is in original condition. It will take around 7 working days to handle the returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Pls note: Some shipping agents may have restrictions on knives shipments, pls make sure your shipping agent is able to ship the knife back from your area to the appointed return address.
