QSP Penguin Liner Lock Pocket Knife D2 Blade Brass Handle

I absolutely love the penguin. My first penguin was green micarta handle and I love it to this day. I use it as a beater because that bad boy is tough. I got the QSP Penguin in brass a few days ago with the 2 tone satin blade (I hate black coatings on knives). It is my new favorite. I absolutely love it. When I go out to nice events/parties the brass is going to be my go-to. It's very elegant and classy. These knives were my introduction to D2 steel and I can't go back. In 6 months of fairly heavy use, I've only had to sharpen my blade once, and it took only a few minutes. The only problem I have is that.. as a knife collector, the QSP Penguin with tool steel is my GOAT. Can't see myself buying any other pocket knife than QSP in my future. Maybe if they make a brass handle button lock I'll buy that too.

This knife has become my EDC knife and has been for the past six months. The brass scales adds some heft and it just sits nicely in my hands. It is already fairly shart out of the box however I have made it even sharper...
Would I buy this knife again? Absolutely... Not just for myself but also as presents for good friends or family.
